New Year's Eve 2023/2024 with CampRest in Croatia at Camping Cikat

After several years of co-organizing winter camper trips to Caravan Park Sexten, we decided together with Camping Cikat (which is also part of Leading Campings) to organize New Year's Eve fun for you.

Below is the program we have prepared for you.

We suggest taking bicycles for the trip, but it will also be possible to rent bicycles at the campsite.

Day 1 | 27/12/2023 (Wednesday) – ARRIVAL & BBQ DINNER

This is the day when we officially start our trip. During the day there is no specific schedule, so take your time and come as you see fit.

The most important thing is to arrive before 6 pm because around this time we start with a loose Welcome Drink and a barbecue dinner in the restaurant, during which everyone will have the opportunity to get to know each other.

Children can use the indoor playground at the campsite.

Day 2 | 28/12/2023 (Thursday) - RELAX

On this day, we have nothing more planned than post-Christmas laziness.

Day 3 | 29/12/2023 (Friday) - BOAT TRIP & LUNCH

If the weather is good, we will go on a boat trip to the island of Llovik. If the forecast does not allow sailing, buses will come to pick us up at the campsite and we will go to explore the area (Osor, Cres). Lunch will be served during the tour.

Day 4 | 30/12/2023 (Saturday) - RELAX

We don't have any activities planned that day, but we'll probably gather a group for a bike trip to a nearby town.

Day 5 | 31/12/2023 (Sunday) - NEW YEARS PARTY

During the day, everyone organizes their time at their own discretion.

Children can use the indoor playground at the campsite.

In the evening we start a party in a restaurant at the campsite or hotel (details are yet to be determined).

During the event, we will have a 5-course buffet dinner, and children will be supervised by animators.

Cold dishes

• Dalmatian prosciutto with olives
• salami with chillies and pickled cucumbers
• Bread-crusted ham with fresh cheese
• Octopus salad with cherry tomato and olives
• Marinated anchovies on a bed of rocket salad with capers

• Cheese ravioli in wild mushroom
• Black cuttlefish risotto with broad beans
• Veal breast with herbed
• Wiener schnitzel with boiled vegetables and sliced
• Cres venison goulash with potato gnocchi
• Fried calamari with Dalmatian-style Swiss chard

Dessert

• New Year's berry cake
• Baked pancakes with cheese
• Stuffed apples Tufahije
• chocolate cake
• Sour cherry strudel
• Walnut roll and poppy seed roll

Day 6 | January 1, 2024 (Monday) - NEW YEAR & BBQ DINNER

During the day, everyone organizes their time at their own discretion.

In the evening there will be a farewell barbecue dinner at the campsite restaurant.

Day 7 | January 2, 2024 (Tuesday) - bye bye!

This is the last day of our joint adventure at Camping Cikat. It's time to go home, but if you want to stay longer, the Camping has prepared a special offer for you - ask for details directly at the campsite.
