The Laghi di Lamar campsite is nestled in the Alps at an altitude of 800m, overlooked by the spectacular scenery of the Dolomites at the foot of Paganella mountain, surrounded by leafy conifer forests and just a short distance away from the natural lakes "Laghi di Lamar", ideal for an invigorating swim. The centre of Trento, the historical capital city of the Province, is 15 km away and the famous Garda Lake is just 32km away.
Our campsite offers absolute peace and quiet and is an excellent base for exploring the best nature has to offer in a mountain environment, extreme sports for those looking for an activity holiday with adrenaline, or history and tradition found throughout the city of Trento and the surrounding picturesque villages. In the nearby wineries and malghe (typical mountain huts) you'll find tasty local treats, handmade with the freshest local ingredients, and some of the finest wines and spumante that can be found in Italy.
In the surrounding woods can be found plenty of walking paths, mountain bike trails and trekking routes as well as a downhill bike park in Paganella. Those looking for a vacation spent in the great outdoors won't be disappointed: climbing enthusiasts will find practice walls and prepared routes a few kilometers from the campsite and throughout the summer are available guided tours for canyoning, vie ferrate, rock climbing or paragliding lessons on Monte Bondone. In wintertime there are many options for skiing, snowboarding, freeriding and cross country skiing at the nearby resorts of Paganella and Monte Bondone.
The campsite has new and modern restroom facilities, a bar and pizzeria serving fresh pizza from it's wood fired oven, a mini-market with lovely local foods, a swimming pool suitable for both adults and children, a mountain bike rental, a childrens' playground and a games room with table football, table tennis, pool and darts. Nearby can be found a soccer field and a minigolf.
