Most interesting novelties at the CMT fair in Stuttgart
According to both marketers and PR specialists, as well as the clients themselves, there is no better place and form for the presentation of new products than trade shows. A few days exhibition of competing manufacturers is an excellent opportunity to compare and form a view. January’s fair of camping equipment, CMT in Stuttgart, was attended by many major manufacturers of caravans and motorhomes. The presentation of upgraded models, or completely new lines, has attracted hundreds of viewers. Several day event was dominated by European manufacturers, especially the native Germany.
The exhibition halls of CMT fair belonged to German producers. Among them, the company Knaus, showed some interesting models to a wider audience. In addition to Boxlife - available in three configurations of interior, designed for 3-4 users - manufacturer also presented other proposals. One of the most interesting surprises from Knaus is a promotional offer which includes two models of motorhomes. The first is a fully integrated VanStation i, and the other is VanStation Ti (partially integrated). What's interesting – as a standard, each vehicle receive alloy wheels, navigation with touch screen, multifunctional steering wheel, and a very helpful reversing camera. Their prices start from 49,999 euros - with this promotion the customer can save up to 15,000 euros.
When walking among the exhibition stands it’s impossible to ignore Fiat Ducato, that’s present virtually on any exhibition. Motorhome manufacturers are very keen on the Italian delivery car, building fully integrated motorhomes on its base, as well as more complex structures. Among the integrated, extremely practical proposals - except Knaus Boxlife - we could admire Pössl Roadstar 600L, Westfalia Columbus - each of which is designed for 3 or 4 people, is equipped in functional kitchenette, rectangular table, numerous cabinets, shelves, lockers, and even shower.
Apart from the huge number of only slightly refreshed models from leading brands, at Stuttgart fair we also find a very interesting Mercedes stand. In addition to the multitude of models ideal for towing a caravan, the manufacturer also showed an interesting version of the Class V - Marco Polo. It’s equipped with a sunroof made of plastic, thus expanding the usable space inside. On a daily basis, Marco Polo can be successfully used as a family or company car, while at the weekends we can transform it into a bedroom for two. Another option for avid travelers is an expedition motorhome based on Mercedes Unimog.
This vehicle made for driving in extreme conditions, moves on powerful, off-road tires. Its chassis has received numerous electronic and mechanical systems to help overcome difficult obstacles. The interior presents a level of luxury, highway mobile homes. There you will find a full-sized bathroom, kitchen and sleeping places. In addition, we have our own power generator.
January fair CMT gathers world's leading manufacturers. Through this event, we can predict with a high probability what brand will conquer the upcoming year.
