Gino Paradise Besenova
When darkness falls outside way too early, days are gray and gloomy, everyone would like to find a place that is warm and soothing - for example, a relaxation pool of a thermal park.
Snow definitely doesn’t spoil us this season, however the temperatures - especially at night – remind us that it’s winter. Is there a better place to get a little warm than the thermal springs? There’s no lack of medicinal baths both in Poland (for example – thermal baths Bania in Bukowina Tatrzańska, or thermal pools in Zakopane), as well as abroad. To take advantage of the wide range of swimming pools, saunas or hot tubs, you don’t need go too far. Our Slovak neighbors have a few tempting complexes, where you can relax to your heart’s content.
Quite a big interest among tourists enjoys a water park Tatralandia, the main water sports center in Slovakia. A little bit less attention is paid to Gino Paradise Bešeňová, though wrongly – maybe it’s not as big as its competitor, located on the other side of Liptovská Mara, but no one will say that it isn’t charming. And we’ll focus particularly on it today. It’s located about 68,5 km from the border crossing in Chyżne.
A perfect family afternoon
Bešeňová is a small village with only a few hundreds of residents. However, despite the small size, it’s known outside the country. Among the mass of attractions at the resort that await guests, you can enumerate an indoor relaxation pool, as well as a swimming pool with waves, which will make you forget that it isn’t a real sea. In the large swimming pool (indoor) we will find jets, spouts and a stainless steel slide. An illuminated swimming pool with seating stairs enjoys an equally big interest. In addition to massage jets, an underwater bench and bubble-making machine there’s also an air bench.
Tourists can also use outdoor pools, 7 of which can be visited throughout the year. Outside, there are 3 swimming pools with water slides and tubes, 2 swimming and 5 relaxation pools.
